Asst. Business Development Executive

Base in : Petaling Jaya & Ipoh
Responsibilities:

·      To provide up-to-date information on products, promotions, campaigns, offers etc to distributors;

·      Responsible for providing training, guidance & develop a sales method to improve distributors’ sales personnel’s product knowledge & selling skill in market place.

·      Responsible to build brand awareness among distributors’ sales personnel, customers and consumers;

·      To work closely with distributor's sales personnel for sufficient stock replenishment, proper merchandise display & sales result are being achieved;

·      To grow existing business and to develop new business channels and outlets;

·      To build profitability with Channel Sales Partners e.g. Mini market, Coffee Shops, Restaurants etc;

·      To build good customer relationship with Clients;

·      To report on sales, stock, distributor performance & marketing event & develop an improvement plan;

·      To Support senior management in the development and implementation of sales and marketing activities.

·      To initiate and implement sales and marketing strategies to be competitive and ahead in the market place.

Requirements:

·      Candidate must have passed at least SPM STPM, a Diploma or equivalent Experience in FMCG will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·      Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.;

·      Must be able to speak in English, Mandarin and major Chinese Dialects;

·      Willing to travel extensively throughout the country and highly motivated;

·      Outgoing personality and eager to build relationship.

·      Proactive and willing to work hard in meeting sales targets;

·      Able to work long hours; even beyond normal hours of work;

·      Must have persuasive selling skills;

·      PC literate will be an advantage;

·      Full-Time positions available;

·      Immediate availability will be an added advantage;
