Secretary / Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist MD in day to day duty as personal assistant and secretarial functions, HR to Administrative
  • To check email and print-out if necessary for MD.
  • To possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • To perform all private secretarial duties, personal and confidential matters.
  • Handle all secretarial duties including making appointments, travel and accommodation arrangement e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, arrange and co-ordinate business schedule/events and social functions.
  • To arrange conference, routine correspondence, reports and documents.
  • To set up work procedures and maintain the efficient of filing systems.
  • Prepare minutes for departmental meeting
  • Take and transcribe minutes of meetings whenever required.
  • Job scope will require close liaison with Govt bodies and authorities.
  • Ad hoc task per instruction by The Management.
  • 1 Full Time positions available.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Able to communicate and write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Highly proficient with PC and posses good typing skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism.
  • Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties.
  • Pleasant personality, meticulous, hardworking, resourceful, possess initiatives and able to multi-task.
  • Good inter-personal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Flexible and able to work in team.
  • Applicants should be Malaysia citizens or hold relevant residence status.
