In today’s society, unfortunately, attacks, robberies, abductions, rapes, domestic violence ...are all too common….. protecting oneself and your loved ones is a responsibility of each individual, especially for Women moving about in the city. While the Feminine “species” are built with a different strength level, protecting oneself is quite simple if one is prepared and trained.
Self Defense for Women is designed for ladies, not just as a self defense technique, but a methodology to be safe in any situation with the combination of Mental and Physical training.
The Mental training prepares women to be aware of their surroundings, the control of their mental and emotional state, how to react when surprised or off guard.
While the Physical training conditions the body to be ready for action when needed, practicing simple and useful techniques based on martial arts and body dynamics, types of weapons that can be used for protection, vulnerable points to target on the human body and fitness exercises.
